Organic walnuts producer in the Hautes-Alpes department.
Direct sales of extra virgin walnut oil, walnut flour and in-shell walnuts from the producer to the customer.

Our walnut oil is extracted in our mill located in Valdoule.

You can find our products: at the farm and by appointment.
Possibility of home delivery around Gap and Sisteron.

And in the Sisteron Buëch tourist offices (Laragne, Sisteron, Serres, Orpierre and Rosans)

Recognized by the Hautes-Alpes Naturellement and Valeurs Parc naturel régional des Baronnies Provençales labels, Valdinoix's farmhouse products are made from organically grown fruit. Since 2020, the estate has been equipped with a processing workshop and mill, enabling everything to be done on site: breaking, enoisage, extraction, packaging...
Walnuts in shell or kernels, oil, flour or aperitif wine, not forgetting caramelized walnuts, are all available in local organic stores and grocery stores.
