The Villevieille Oil Mill is a cooperative, a sanctuary that has been in existence for three quarters of a century. Since the 90s, each producer has separated the olives by variety at harvest time.

The mill's boutique sells their oil and regional products: olives, tapenades, wines, jams, pâtés, cosmetics... There are also cookies, chocolates and other delicacies.
