Situated at the geographical pinnacle of the appellation at an altitude of over 400 metres, overlooking the Mediterranean, the 300-hectare estate is home to almost 40 hectares of vines, set in unspoilt countryside of garrigue and forest. With a history dating back thousands of years, it's a lovely place to stop for wine lovers, history buffs and lovers of good walks. The wines are predominantly made from Mourvèdre grapes, giving them great ageing potential. They are blended with Grenache for the red and Cinsault for the rosé. A small production of white wines is made mainly from Clairette, with a touch of Ugni Blanc and Rolle.
