The sea between the Camargue and the Blue Coast
Situated at the mouth of the Etang de Berre, the town of Port-de-Bouc is ideally situated to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the Bouches-du-Rhône. To the west you will find the beaches of the Camargue, easily accessible by taking the Bac de Barcarin which crosses the Rhône. The beaches and seaside resorts of the Côte Bleue welcome you to the east, as far as Marseille. You can also stroll along the quays of the marina or join the nearby beaches of Martigues, nicknamed the Venice of Provence.
