The Champsaur
A true alpine garden, the Champsaur is home to a variety of landscapes: the hedged farmland gives life to a prosperous terroir. The peaks that dominate the Champsaur offer a playground for lovers of hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking, but also winter sports. Saint-Firmin is situated at the entrance to the Valgaudemar valley, whose peaks beyond the Gioberney chalet exceed 3000 meters in altitude.
The Écrins National Park
Pastures and meadows, beech and coniferous forests, mountain pastures, glaciers, the Écrinsréunit National Park brings together the variety and biodiversity of the alpine landscapes in its catchment area.
