Provence Verte
This natural region is famous for its landscapes, for its charming villages such as Tourves, Carcès or La Celle, and for its heritage (La Celle Abbey, Château d’Entrecasteaux…). Provence Verte is bathed in particular by the Argens, a 115 km long coastal river which flows into the Mediterranean Sea at Fréjus.
Taradel Tower
The Saint-Martin chapel and the 12th century keep-tower can be freely visited all year round. These two monuments are the remains of an ancient medieval village which was abandoned in the second half of the 14th century in favor of the fertile lands of the valley.
