Discovering the Luberon
The Luberon Regional Nature Park owes its popularity to its remarkable natural areas. Between cultivated areas and forests, valleys, hills and mountains, you will enjoy a magnificent playground. During your hikes, you will be able to meet a little less than 300 species of vertebrates. For example, you can see the Jean-le-Blanc circaet, the Egyptian vulture and Bonelli’s eagle. The Luberon can also be discovered by taking the Green Way of the Calavon. From Robion to Castellet, this 37-kilometre-long cycle track has been laid out along the route of an old railway line. The villages of the Luberon each have a real charm. Some of them have been awarded the label of the most beautiful villages in France: Ménerbes, Gordes, Lourmarin and Roussillon, Ansouis.
