At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the winegrowing village of Gigondas combines the reputation of its robust wines with that of a remarkable and acclaimed restaurant.
The L'Oustalet restaurant serves a subtle cuisine of extreme freshness, imbued with the perfumes of the terroir. Set in the shade of plane trees and an old olive tree, the terrace promises exquisite tastings.
For the chef, environmental concerns are a real issue. That's why the menu gives pride of place to plants. Products are selected according to their cultivation, breeding and fishing methods.
