The Cassis Vineyard was one of the very first appellations d’origine contrôlée (AOC) established in 1936. It is planted exclusively within the municipality of Cassis, and 85% of its vineyards are cultivated using organic farming methods or are in the process of conversion to organic farming.
2 - Discover the Route des Crêtes
This beautiful scenic route winds along the ridgeline of the Cap Canaille massif and connects the village of Cassis to La Ciotat. These cliffs are the highest coastal cliffs in France and among the highest in Europe.
