The AS Cachalots coaching team is waiting for you for your summer activities.
On the program:
Pre-swimming (3-6 years old)
30-minute classes will be offered to children aged 3 to 6 years old, to familiarize them with the aquatic environment and allow them to acquire progressive autonomy without equipment.
For 3 year olds every day at 10:15 am.
Initiation (4-6 years old).
30-minute lessons will be offered to children aged 4 to 6, to familiarize them with the aquatic environment and allow them to acquire progressive autonomy without equipment.
For children from 4 to 6 years old, every day at 9h30-10h15-16h15 17h.
Learning (5-8 years old)
45 minute group classes to teach children the basics of breathing, balance and movement in complete autonomy.
To join this group, children must be able to put their head in the water and move 5 meters.
Every day at 9:15am, 11am, 3:15pm, 5pm.
Advanced (7-10 years old)
45 minute group lessons to consolidate skills and perfect the learning of 3 or 4 strokes.
To join this group, children must be able to swim at least 10m without stopping.
Every day at 11am, 3:15pm.
Aquagym
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 - 12:30
Aquagym classes are taught by qualified instructors who will offer you a class to work out in a good mood.
Adults - Free Swim
Free 60 minute slots to swim and relax.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
