From May 1 to July 31, discover one of the jewels of Vaucluse gastronomy: the truffle! Follow the truffle dog in search of the summer aestivum truffle, and finish off with a well-deserved tasting session with truffle growers Pierre and Laurence, who will reveal all the secrets of this exceptional product.

Come and experience a unique, intergenerational moment in the land of Provence, where this fabulous TUBER called Truffle grows.
On a 23-hectare organic farm in the heart of the unspoilt nature of the southern Luberon, Laurence and Pierre, with their 40 years of experience, will welcome you amidst their truffle oaks and lavender trees.
There are two seasons for harvesting their truffle varieties:
From May to the end of July for the summer truffle.
January to February, for the queen of truffles, Tuber mélanosporum.

Presentation and cavage take a good hour.
The tasting that follows is sometimes much longer, as glasses are filled and emptied around the mythical century-old wooden trailer.
An authentic, genuine place, where gourmet pleasures go hand in hand with pleasure!
A choice of services:
L'Authentique: consists of a truffenade tasting accompanied by homemade focaccia! served with a wine (white, rosé or red) from a local winemaker.
L'Élégance: includes a truffenade tasting, homemade focaccia and truffle brillat savarin (with tuber aetivum), served with an exceptional white wine or red wine from the Rhône Valley.
La Prestigieuse: consists of a tasting of truffenade, homemade focaccia, brillat savarin and plancha of the day's market (chicken calamari, gambas to be determined) accompanied by a masterly white wine or Rhône Valley red wine or Champagne of your choice.
