Visit the winery and barrel cellar, and taste all six Château de Sannes wines.
Through our explanations, you will gain an insight into the winemaking process, the technology used in the winery and the traditional ageing of the wines in oak barrels.
From the grape harvest onwards, you will discover the logistics and techniques involved in creating fine, elegant wines with real character.
Please note: during the harvest season, in September and October, the winery cannot be accessed from inside, but it can still be viewed from the balcony of the shop.

**Option 1: “Castini” Tasting – Limited-Edition Wine**
Book your place for this unique tasting experience and discover the elegance and refinement of these exclusive wines.

**Option 2: Aglandau Olive Oil Tasting**
Produced on the estate’s sun-drenched land, our olive oil is made from olives grown with the utmost care. They are hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve and bring out the very best of our terroir.
You will have the opportunity to taste four olive oils: extra virgin, garlic, thyme and sun-dried tomato, lemon and mint, and summer truffle.
Our olive oil is characterised by notes of apple and almond. On the palate, it reveals fresh almond and green pepper flavours, creating a delicate balance that is both intense and fruity.

**Option 3: Sharing Platters Featuring Local Produce***
Continue your tasting journey through the Luberon with a sharing platter of fresh, locally sourced products. Enjoy cured meats, cheese and seasonal fresh fruit, accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice from the “1603” range or the “Prestige” range for an additional €2.
You can enjoy your platter on our terrace overlooking the vineyards and lavender fields, accompanied by the sound of cicadas and the gentle flow of the fountain, or beside the windmill, in a truly Provençal setting.
