In Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Caillan ranch perpetuates the Camargue tradition in the heart of the unspoilt Alpilles countryside.

The Caillan ranch raises Camargue cattle in semi-freedom in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. The farm is dedicated to Camargue bullfighting as well as the production of meat and charcuterie based on local traditions. An activity rooted in respect for the land and Provençal heritage. Visits, demonstrations and tastings are available for a fee and by appointment.
