Born into a farming family in the case of Émilie, and a family of arboriculturists in the case of Nicolas, the couple have discovered a shared passion for olive growing. Certified ‘High Environmental Value’, the farm has implemented environmentally-friendly measures to maintain biodiversity and develop sustainable agriculture.
