EVP - Eau Vive Passion: canyoning

Canyoning is a way of descending the bed of a river, often in gorges, via a succession of jumps, natural slides and abseils down waterfalls. At times aquatic and fun, at other times aerial and majestic, it's more than just a sport - it's a way of (re)discovering the mountains from an angle that's often otherwise inaccessible, and an unspoilt natural environment that will enchant sports enthusiasts and beginners alike. Come and join us at our site at Le Martinet, on the banks of the river below the village of Méolans-Revel. We offer you the chance to discover this activity with a team of state-qualified professionals on hand to supervise you. Registration is possible at the guides' office in rue Manuel in Barcelonnette, in July and August only, and all year round at our agency and on our website.
