During this partly outdoor wine workshop, we will help you to understand how to solve the mystery of the identity of a wine through the geological of its soil and microclimatic nature of its terroir.

We will then taste several wines from our winery which will be accompanied by an appetizer board (selection of delicatessen and cheeses direct from the various producers and french regions, Haute-Savoie, Jura, Auvergne, Drôme Provençale and Provence des Papes).
