Large 34 m2 studio in a small residence close to the village of Giens and the beaches of Almanarre and Badine with loggia balcony, sea view, bathroom with WC. Swimming pool access, private parking.

Large studio (34m2) on 1st floor with ground-level access in a residence on the hill of Giens, with swimming pool open from April to October, private parking space. Loggia with sea view. The studio has a kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob, kettle, 2 filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils, table and high chairs. It is furnished with a sofa bed and a trundle bed (sleeps 2), a large wardrobe and a TV and wlan internet. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. Beaches are nearby (Almanarre, La Badine, Port du Niel, etc.) and the village of Giens is 800 m away. The Tour Fondue (pier for Porquerolles) is 5 minutes away. There are many hiking trails on the Giens peninsula and on the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles.
