Apartment, on the 1st floor, very comfortable, for a couple or a couple with 2 children. Including: fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven / revolving heat / grill, coffee maker and dolce Gusto, toaster. Entrance : large storage cupboard, washing machine, vacuum cleaner 1 living room with flat screen TV, 1 convertible sofa. 1 separate room with 1 bed for 2 persons (160 X 200), 1 bathroom with spacious shower, Sunny balcony with awning, table, deckchair and its breathtaking view on the bay of Sanary and the Cape Negre. Free Wifi. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay or to be ordered (extra charge 60€). Closed residence with collective private parking. Rentals from Saturday to Saturday, by the week or fortnight and more. Please bring your own linen (fitted sheets, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels).
