Ideally located with sea views and Oursinières harbor within walking distance by coastal path. West-facing terrace, sea view, plancha. 2 east-facing balconies on bedroom and kitchen sides. Large 39m2 living room 3 bedrooms: two with 160 cm beds, (twice 80), 1 bedroom with bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed, recent bedding. 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs Air-conditioning. WIFI with dedicated workspace. Enchanting sunsets. Hiking trails starting from the residence. Green surroundings. Sailing school, kayaks, paddles, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bus stop 5 minutes' walk away. Blue flag for all Le Pradet beaches. No pets allowed. Not P.M.R. accessible. Comforter covers and towels available 50€. Obligatory cleaning package 90 €.
