Located in the heart of the Sénas countryside, nestled among the vineyards of the Sinaca Villa winery, this gîte for 6 people welcomes you to a peaceful and verdant setting, ideal for a stay with family or friends. Surrounded by vineyards and nature, it offers an authentic atmosphere where relaxation is guaranteed. You can enjoy numerous activities in the surrounding area: visits to Provençal villages, hiking, markets, and exploring the Alpilles and Luberon regions. Agathe and Nicolas will be delighted to share their passion for vines and wine with you! Whether you are a wine enthusiast, a nature lover, or simply looking for a peaceful stay in Provence, Gîte X offers an authentic escape in a privileged setting, where the gentle Provençal lifestyle truly comes to life. This air-conditioned cottage, accommodating 6 people, features: - A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.), a table with 6 chairs, an armchair, two sofas, and a TV with Orange TV box. - A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. - A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a desk. - A bedroom with two 80x200cm beds that can be joined to make a 160x200cm bed and two bedside tables. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and toilet. Outside, the wooded grounds are not fenced, and there is a terrace in front of the cottage. Some interior renovations are still underway, as well as the refurbishment of the exterior facade, but this in no way detracts from the tranquility of the property and the charm of the surrounding vineyards. Pets are welcome free of charge, much to the delight of your four-legged companions. Sheets and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
