Located in Vars 2000, these character chalets sleep between 8 and 12 people. They boast breathtaking mountain views and are close to a free shuttle bus stop. Ski in and out via the Faisandière slope (200m).

These characterful chalets with their noble, unfinished materials, a blend of wood (spruce, larch and old wood) and Luserne stone, enjoy an exceptional location on the heights of Vars, within a new complex of top-of-the-range chalets, with a breathtaking view of the Peynier and Paneyron mountains. The description of each chalet is as follows: A total surface area of 220m2 on 3 levels, with an enclosed double garage and outdoor parking area, a ski room with heated ramps. A spacious SAS where you can leave your jackets and boots before enjoying the warmth generated by the underfloor heating or a roaring fire, after a day's skiing, walking, snowshoeing or skiing. Comprising 5 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms, 4 with double beds (160*200) (including two master suites with their own en-suite shower rooms and WCs), a fifth with two bunk beds (90*200) and a third en-suite shower room with WC. The highest floor, with its cathedral-like height, is entirely devoted to a 70m2 living space with a breathtaking view. This floor is divided into three different areas (living room, dining room and kitchen), with no separation between them, providing a view over the entire room: - The living room features a large sofa, poufs and armchairs that can be arranged in different ways depending on your desires and moments to share (rest, aperitifs, games) with a large wall-mounted TV screen. - The living room features a large 200*200 solid wood square table that can accommodate all guests for warm meals with family and/or friends. - The open-plan kitchen features a practical stand-up table for breakfast before hitting the slopes, or a snack for the kids. Depending on your choice of chalet, a 360° rotating stove for the TETRAS I, a double-sided insert for the TETRAS II or an insert for the Kota, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful flame, wherever you decide to settle down. We can also offer you para-hotel services such as breakfast, morning cleaning, baby-sitting and catering. Please don't hesitate to ask. To help our customers prepare for their stay, we have a commercial agreement with a sports store, giving you a discount on ski equipment rental.
