Painter and art teacher offers a semi-troglodyte house, semi-detached, as a guest room upstairs. South-facing, with views over the rooftops and bell tower of Cotignac; living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor, opening onto a landscaped garden.
Entirely decorated by me, with paintings by myself and other local and regional artists.

Visit Lucie's painting studio by appointment.
Permanent exhibition of works by Cotignac artists in the house.
