Just a few minutes from the center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, on the unspoiled Crau plateau, discover a haven of peace nestled opposite the majestic Alpilles mountain range. The gîte, adjoining the owners' house but with its own completely separate entrance, welcomes you upstairs to a bright and thoughtfully furnished retreat. This 50 m² air-conditioned gîte features two charming bedrooms with double beds (140x190 cm), a modern bathroom with a corner shower, and a pleasant living area comprising a comfortable lounge (leather sofas) with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner induction cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine). The private 9 m² terrace with garden furniture offers an ideal setting to enjoy breakfast at sunrise, overlooking nature. Outside, a large landscaped garden of 1500 m² is shared with the owners, as well as a superb swimming pool (10x4m, maximum depth 1.55m, open from May 1st to October 31st, 8am to 6:30pm) with breathtaking views of the Alpilles mountains. A pétanque court, a ping-pong table, and a basketball hoop are available for all ages. Two cats and a dog – all very friendly – live on the property and add a welcoming touch to this cozy setting. Nature lovers can set off on foot from the gîte on hiking trails 500m away, in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Natural Park. Less than 10 minutes away, stroll through the lively streets of Saint-Rémy, discover the ancient ruins of Glanum, or sample local produce at the Provençal market. Les Baux-de-Provence, with its castle overlooking the valley, and the Carrières de Lumières (Quarries of Light) are just a 20-minute drive away. Private, gated parking, fiber optic Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, baby equipment upon request… everything is included for your comfort.
