Nestled in the heart of a protected environment, the "Escapade en Provence" cottage is a single-story house designed for holidays focused on tranquility, comfort, and nature. Ideal for 6 people, this rental is perfect for stays with family or friends. Outside, you'll be charmed by a large, wooded garden, a true haven of peace, inviting relaxation and convivial moments. The swimming pool (5.5 x 11 m, 1.50 to 1.90 m deep, chlorine-treated and protected by an alarm, open from May to the end of September depending on the weather) promises beautiful sunny days, while the jacuzzi offers moments of absolute relaxation, overlooking the gentle Provençal hills. A fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue are also located near the pool. Located just minutes from the charming village of Grans, this holiday cottage enjoys a privileged setting amidst nature and the Provençal lifestyle, while remaining close to amenities and the region's must-see attractions. The single-story, fully air-conditioned villa comprises: - An entrance leading to a living room with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, smart TV, desk, and a table with six chairs - A fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine and pods, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, four-burner cooktop with integrated extractor hood, oven, and microwave. - An adjoining utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) - A bathroom with a shower and bathtub, double vanity, and heated towel rail - Two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190 cm) - A small shower room with a shower, vanity, and heated towel rail - A separate toilet Private parking on the property (3 cars), electric vehicle charging point, Wi-Fi. One pet is welcome upon request (€5/day). Interior camera for taking photos in case of intrusion if the alarm is activated.
