Treat yourself to a nature retreat in the heart of the Provençal countryside! Located on the first floor of a building on the family farm, this farm cottage welcomes you to an authentic setting, surrounded by aromatic plants and vegetables. The owners, who live on-site just twenty meters away, will be delighted to show you around their farm upon request, offering a truly immersive experience of local life. This bright apartment combines comfort and conviviality. The living area features a pleasant lounge with a corner sofa, TV (Orange box channels), and dining area, extending into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer) and reversible air conditioning. You will also have access to a utility room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. The sleeping area comprises a master bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, which opens onto a children's bedroom with two single beds (access to the children's bedroom is through the master bedroom). From the master bedroom, two steps lead down to the bathroom with a large walk-in shower (90x180cm); two steps up also provide access to the other bedrooms. Outside, a spacious adjoining covered terrace invites you to enjoy al fresco dining or savor balmy Provençal evenings around the barbecue, with a pleasant, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and the working farm. Private parking is available on the property, at the foot of the cottage. Opposite the cottage, take the Sentier de la Cabre (Goat Trail), ideal for hiking or a walk in nature. Just 7 km away, Lake Sénas promises relaxing moments with the family, while the cottage's prime location makes it easy to explore the Alpilles, the Luberon, and the most beautiful villages of Provence. Sheets, towels, fiber optic Wi-Fi, electric heating, and reversible air conditioning are provided.
