Charming studio apartment for 2 guests in a fully renovated building, in a peaceful and green environment. You will be welcomed by the hosts, who are winegrowers and beekeepers.

Located in Provence, halfway between the beaches of Sainte-Maxime/Saint-Raphaël and the Verdon Gorges, this charming 30 m² studio for 2 guests is set within a beautifully renovated historic building full of character in Draguignan. The studio offers a private entrance, private parking, and a lovely outdoor space in a peaceful setting where you can fully enjoy the Provençal lifestyle. The studio features a combined living/sleeping area with a comfortable 160x200 cm bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette including a fridge-freezer, microwave grill, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Wi-Fi and TV are available. Outside, guests can enjoy a garden lounge, sun loungers, a dining table, and a barbecue area. Bed linen and towels are provided. The studio is located: 20 minutes on foot from the center of Draguignan 5 minutes on foot from local shops As beekeepers and winegrowers, the hosts will be delighted — depending on the season and their availability — to introduce you to their crafts and share the behind-the-scenes experience of local terroir through Le Rucher de Marielle and Le Domaine de Marielle.
