Aux Mille et un bonheurs, in an old renovated farmhouse, spacious gîte of great quality, independent, adjoining the owner's guest room. Private access via a terrace.

Large living room with sitting area, wood burning stove, flat screen TV, DVD player. Built-in kitchen (microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer...). Dining area. On the lower floor, a large bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), wc, shower room (balneo shower). Garden furniture, barbecue. Shared landscaped garden and above ground swimming pool. Carport. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Baby equipment and possibility of a "first aid shopping basket" on request. Close to the Serre-Ponçon lake, hiking and mountain biking trails... or : discover Gap, Embrun, the Ecrins National Park... Heating not included.
