Ideally located between the Alpilles and Montagnette mountains, Mas Sainte Cécile welcomes you to Graveson, in the heart of Provence. This farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees and nestled in the shade of plane trees, offers an ideal setting for a stay with family or friends. The Green Cottage, accommodating up to 6 people, is adjacent to the White Cottage (13G250103). The two cottages can be rented together for a total capacity of 12 people (Mas Sainte Cécile cottage - 13G222034). The Green Cottage comprises: - A living room with a lounge area (140x190cm sofa bed), a large smart flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning, a dining area for 4 to 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, a 3-burner ceramic hob, an extractor hood, an oven, an air fryer, and a dishwasher. Pellet stove (charged per bag of pellets - €7 per bag). - Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with one double bed (140x190cm). - Bedroom 2 upstairs with one double bed (140x190cm). - Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies. - Separate toilet. - Bathroom with walk-in shower (80x120cm), heated towel rail, and double vanity. Large private garden of 1000 m². Outdoor table for 8 and 2 sun loungers available. Private parking on the gated property. Mosquito nets on the windows. Garage for motorcycles or bicycles available upon request. Although the occasional hum of local roads can be heard outside, the farmhouse retains a rural atmosphere, and nearby roads provide quick access to Avignon, Arles, and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Nearby, explore the perched villages of the Alpilles, Les Baux-de-Provence, or the region's colorful markets. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking or cycling on the trails of the Montagnette, while history buffs can visit nearby Tarascon, Avignon, or the Palais des Papes. Fiber optic Wi-Fi.
