Giulia Cottage – Comfort and nature in the heart of the Alpilles

Nestled in the heart of the Provençal countryside, Gîte Solène welcomes you to the ground floor of a house comprising three gîtes, in a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery. Enjoy a large, wooded garden and a shared swimming pool with unobstructed views of the surrounding nature. The ideal place for a relaxing stay, close to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles, Salon-de-Provence, and charming typical villages and local markets. Hiking and cycling trails start directly from the gîte. The gîte has its own private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill. The gîte comprises: - An air-conditioned living room with an open-plan kitchen: fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 induction hobs), dining table for 4. Lounge area with sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV. - One air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed that can be separated into two single beds, a wardrobe, and a TV. - One small air-conditioned bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed that can be separated into two single beds and a wardrobe. - Bathroom: walk-in shower with shower screen and thermostatic faucet, sink, storage, towel warmer. - Separate WC Outside: shared garden with outdoor furniture, fruit trees, swing set, two horses, a pony, and a small, tame pig. 11x6 m swimming pool (chlorine, alarm), open from May to mid-September, from 9 am to 8 pm. Parking on the property. Services: Electricity is charged according to actual consumption; meter reading is taken upon arrival. Bed linen and towels are optional. Cleaning is included. First breakfast is free; breakfast is available upon request for subsequent days. Pets accepted under the following conditions: to be notified at the time of booking, max 15kg, 1 pet max, no leaving the pet alone in the cottage, specific deposit required.
