Welcome to this superb, fully renovated 300 m² Provençal house located in Boulbon, a charming, typical village at the gateway to the Alpilles and Camargue mountains. Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, this vacation rental combines modern comfort, generous spaces, and a friendly atmosphere in a warm and authentic setting. Enjoy a private, enclosed 1400 m² garden, ideal for relaxing moments with family or friends. A large 280 m² terrace invites you to relax around the heated and secure swimming pool (roller shutter), or enjoy a game of pétanque under the Provençal sun. A gas barbecue is also available for delicious outdoor meals. The ground floor welcomes you with a large, bright living space including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a bar, foosball table, and darts, as well as a wellness area with a spa and a gym. One ground-floor bedroom is accessible for people with reduced mobility, with its private bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, four comfortable bedrooms each have their own bathroom and toilet, ensuring privacy and independence. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the village center of Boulbon, with its shops and summer activities. Please note: the house is located near busy roads, a football stadium, and the village hall, which may cause some disturbance on weekends, particularly during village festivals in the square located 50 meters away. Reversible ducted air conditioning is available throughout the house. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Baby equipment available. Pets welcome (maximum 1, waste pick-up and deposit required). Reinforced outlet for electric vehicles.
