Air-conditioned cottage in the heart of the Grand Site Sainte-Victoire

In the heart of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, in the unspoiled village of Vauvenargues, this charming, air-conditioned cottage welcomes you to a privileged setting, ideal for lovers of nature, hiking, and Provençal heritage. Adjoining the owners' house, the cottage benefits from a completely independent entrance and private outdoor spaces, guaranteeing privacy for all guests without any contact with the occupants of the main house. A private parking space is located directly in front of the entrance. Upon arrival, you will discover a pleasant, bright living area, enhanced by beautiful exposed beams and warm materials. This welcoming space includes a dining area, a comfortable lounge, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: a four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, complete crockery, and everything you need to prepare your meals independently. The main sleeping area is located on a charming mezzanine level, accessible by a wooden staircase. With a maximum ceiling height of 1.30 m, it offers a cozy atmosphere, particularly appreciated thanks to its wooden parquet floor, ambient lighting, and 140 x 190 cm double bed. A separate children's bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and suitable storage. The modern and functional bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a screen, a vanity unit with a mirror and storage, a towel warmer, and a toilet. A washing machine is also available for stays of several days. Outside, a first terrace furnished with garden furniture allows you to enjoy meals while taking advantage of the Provençal climate.
