La Micocoule

A completely independent cottage, yet still on the family property, just 100 meters from the main farmhouse (formerly a farm). Ideally located in the heart of the Var region, perfect for exploring Provençal villages (Salernes, Cotignac, Lorgues, Aups, etc.) and for venturing from the sea to the lavender fields of Haute Provence, passing through Tourtour, or to Lake Carcès for fishing, and ending up in the Verdon Gorges or even venturing into the Alpes-Maritimes... you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to visiting charming spots... but you can just as easily stay put and enjoy a game of pétanque, a nap/read, or an aperitif (the list goes on!). A shaded terrace under hackberry and oak trees, and a covered terrace in front of the living room. The grounds are vast and unfenced, directly bordering the woods and countryside. Upstairs you have two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and one with two single beds (90 cm). There is also a shower room/toilet. Downstairs is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and four chairs, sofa, and two armchairs. Outside you will find a garden table and chairs, sun loungers, and garden chairs. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.
