Charming 75 m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a house, comprising a main room with kitchen opening onto a TV lounge and dining area, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet, and a small mezzanine.

Sleeps 5: one 160 x 200 bed in the bedroom, plus one 160 and one 90 bed on the mezzanine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Free WiFi, connected TV, washing machine, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Private outdoor area on first floor with table, barbecue and 5-seater spa equipped with light and music therapy. Private, gated property with parking for 2 vehicles.
