In a large villa in Carqueiranne, La Santoline, comfortable air-conditioned vacation home in a quiet location with swimming pool and wifi, close to beaches, Hyères airport and the Iles d'Or.

It's located in a residential development on a wooded hillside facing a reservoir, 25 minutes' walk from the port, town center or Pradon beach, and 15 minutes' drive from Hyères port and airport. On the air-conditioned first floor, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer), dining area, comfortable living room with large screen TV and shower room with toilet. Air-conditioned first floor: bedroom with electric double bed (2x80/200), TV and dressing room, attic bedroom with two single beds and dressing room, attic sleeping area with 140x200 double bed, TV and cupboards, shower room with WC. Outside: a dining area under a pergola with plancha, a rest area and a shed for beach equipment and other items. A laundry room is available during the day. The swimming pool, sunbathing area and garden are shared between the two properties. Night-time parties are prohibited to protect the neighborhood.
