Welcome to La Tramontane, a traditional, air-conditioned holiday home in the north of Aix-en-Provence, accommodating up to five guests. Combining the charm of an old Provençal family home with modern comfort, La Tramontane offers a peaceful setting for holidays with family or friends as well as business stays in the region. Ideally located close to the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence and the surrounding countryside, it is the perfect base from which to discover both the city and Provence. Enjoy the private enclosed garden, a peaceful retreat shaded by cypress trees, where you can relax with a book, share an aperitif or enjoy meals outdoors while children play safely. Aix-en-Provence city centre is just a few minutes away by car or bus. Wander through its lively Provençal markets, elegant squares, picturesque streets and cafés, or visit landmarks such as Saint-Sauveur Cathedral, Cours Mirabeau and the city's museums. During the summer, the region comes alive with internationally renowned events including the Aix-en-Provence Opera Festival, the La Roque d'Anthéron International Piano Festival and the Avignon Theatre Festival. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the villages and landscapes of the Luberon and the iconic Sainte-Victoire Mountain, immortalised in the paintings of Paul Cézanne. Separate WC. Secure balcony. Bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and Wi-Fi are included. Private parking is available within the enclosed property. A bus stop is located just a 2-minute walk away from the house, providing regular service to Aix-en-Provence city centre via routes 23 and 25, approximately every 25–30 minutes.
