This independent cottage, located on the owners' grounds, allows you to recharge your batteries just steps from the coves, local markets, and typical villages of the region. Outside, enjoy a private, fenced area with a shaded terrace, perfect for al fresco dining thanks to its plancha grill, with unobstructed views of the hillside and the region's typical olive trees. Private parking is also available, directly accessible from the cottage. Fully air-conditioned, it guarantees coolness in summer and comfort all year round. The chalet comprises: - a bright living room with a sofa, smart TV, and coffee table, and a dining area with a 2-burner induction hob, microwave (an oven will be added), refrigerator-freezer, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. - a bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, washing machine, and toilet. - a bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a dressing table with a bay window overlooking the exterior is accessible via a few steps.
