Discover an oasis of tranquility in this gîte Le Cigalon, a single-storey house with swimming pool ideal for a stay in Provence. Located in the charming village of Graveson, this rental promises a holiday in a peaceful and warm setting. The historic cities of Avignon, Arles and Saint Rémy de Provence are within a 30km radius. The Alpilles Regional Natural Park and Montagnette are nearby. The owner's main residence, the house is available for rental during the summer period. Le Cigalon is composed as follows: - Equipped kitchen open to the living room: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, 4 induction burners, extractor hood. Dining area with table and benches. Lounge area with corner sofa, coffee table, wood stove, connected TV. - Bedroom with 140x190cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. - Bedroom with 140x190cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. - Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, large wardrobe and desk. - Shower room with Italian shower, heated towel rail, sink, washing machine. - Separate toilet. Outside, covered terrace with garden furniture, private swimming pool 9x4m (depth 1.50m) secured by alarm (be careful on Mistral days, it is very sensitive). Air conditioning in the living room. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Animals can be accepted on request from the owner.
