Renovated in 2023, the Mazet d'Ernestine is a beautiful semi-detached farmhouse combining character and comfort: exposed stones and beams, fireplace, custom-made staircase, air conditioning in each room. Located at the end of a dead end, it is also in the center of Fontvieille, a small village typical of the Alpilles. The nearby tourist places are: Les Baux de Provence, Arles, Saint Rémy de Provence... the choice is yours! And otherwise you can stay and relax by the private swimming pool.

On two levels, the farmhouse is composed as follows:
- Living room with sofa and 2 poufs, coffee table, armchair, connected TV and fireplace with insert. Beautiful secure staircase serving the first floor.
- Kitchen open to the living room and opening onto the terrace, fully equipped: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large extendable table with 8 chairs.
- Double bedroom with 160x200cm bed, wardrobe, private bathroom and view of the pool.
- Laundry room with washing machine and storage, door to the outside.
- Separate toilet.
- Upstairs above the living room: 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and separate toilets, the first with 2 single beds 90x200cm and the second with 1 double bed 160x200cm.
- Upstairs above the kitchen: double bedroom with 160x200cm bed with private bathroom and separate toilet.

Private swimming pool (7x3.50 m, depth 1.40 m, secured by shutter, open from April to October, depending on the weather), heated on request with consumption billed at actual consumption (the water temperature depends on the outside conditions and may vary depending on the ambient temperature. Bonzini table football. Terrace and pergola in front of the house, with garden furniture, deckchairs. Barbecue and gas plancha. Private parking on the property closed by gate (2/3 vehicles).
Reversible air conditioning throughout the house (electricity billed at actual consumption). End of stay cleaning, sheets and towels optional (extra charge).
