If Saint-Michel-l'Observatoire, known for its astronomy center, has its head in the stars, the village of Lincel is nestled further down in the hollow of a valley. Anne Lise has tamed this little corner of paradise, and restored the old 17th-century building to make it her own: a place committed to sustainable development, a refuge for the LIgue Protectrice des Oiseaux, an eco-moulin to share.
