Spacious and comfortable T3, large living room with dining room, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds. Terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and olive trees.

Gîte Oiseaux II is a spacious 79 m² flat, renovated in 2024, perfect for a stay with family or friends. Its bright living-dining room includes a sofa bed and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing convivial moments over a meal.
The gîte has two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200), offering plenty of space to relax in peace and quiet. The bathroom has a modern shower and toilet.
Outside, a lovely terrace awaits you, offering magnificent views of our vineyards and olive groves. The gîte also has private parking and is close to the swimming pool, for even more comfort and relaxation.

Located in the magnificent area of the Colle Noire, a hill overlooking the sea, and in the heart of the wine estate whose name they bear, the Domaine de la Navicelle gîtes have been fitted out in the buildings of an old farm. The charm of Provence, with its exposed beams and terracotta floors, combined with a modern and refined decoration, make this a high quality accommodation, classified 3 stars.
In this exceptional setting between land and sea, the estate offers seven gîtes with a surface area of 40 to 108 m2 - two of which are individual - which can accommodate 4 to 9 people. They are open all year round.
Whether it has a view of the sea or the vineyards, each gîte has a terrace with outdoor furniture.
You have access to a large swimming pool (from May to the end of September), a petanque court and a padel court. Free Wifi.

With views over the vineyards to the Colle Noire massif, the terrace of the Gîte "Oiseaux 2" invites you to spend convivial moments with family and friends. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, the gîte is located on an exceptional wine-growing estate, between land and sea. Navicelle produces a generous wine according to biodynamic principles and is certified organic. A commitment to eco-responsible farming has turned the 21 ha of the estate into a veritable sanctuary for biodiversity. At Navicelle, time is divided between wine tourism and relaxing by the pool. As for the surrounding area, the islands of Hyères and the Port-Cros National Park are a never-ending source of excursions.
