The farm of Transhumances presents a characteristic traditional architecture. In an agricultural and forest environment, it dominates the valley and offers a remarkable panorama on the Verdon, the fortified village of Colmars-Les-Alpes and the surrounding massifs. In the village you will find all the shops and services: tourist office, mini-market, medical center, garage. It is possible to stay in a bed and breakfast but also in a rural gite.

This 19th-century farmhouse dominates the Verdon valley, overlooking Colmars-les-Alpes and its fortifications. Perched at an altitude of 1,300 m, the view is exceptional.
In summer, the farm is home to a transhumant herd of Arles Merino sheep. There are also rabbits and chickens. The vegetable garden and orchard are guaranteed chemical-free. The fruit and vegetable harvest is used primarily to feed the table d'hôtes.
In this bucolic setting, 3 spacious bedrooms with private shower rooms and toilets welcome guests.
There's no shortage of ideas for excursions into the unspoilt Mercantour Park. To help you discover the flora and fauna, an educational trunk containing documentation and a pair of binoculars is available.
