Located in the heart of the charming village of Eyragues, a stone's throw from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, this welcoming cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for a vacation with family or friends, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting in the heart of Provence. You'll also be in close proximity to numerous hiking trails, cycling paths, wineries, and typical restaurants. Whether you're a nature lover, history buff, or simply looking for relaxation, the Étable cottage is the ideal base from which to explore the wonders of Provence. Outside, a small private courtyard with a barbecue will allow you to enjoy the beautiful weather, whether for an al fresco breakfast or a convivial evening. Fully air-conditioned, the cottage comprises the following on the ground floor: - Access to the living room via the veranda, sofa, coffee table, TV, table and 6 chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator-freezer, and air conditioning. - One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and an en-suite bathroom. - En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. On the first floor, the landing leads to: - One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. - One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, two bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. - A dressing room. - A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sink unit, and heated towel rail. - A toilet. One dog allowed. Parking is available in a large public car park located just 100 meters from the cottage. Access to the cottage is to the right of the grooming shop, through gate no. 21. You cross a courtyard to the cottage gate. The price includes: bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. The price does not include: tourist tax.
