The latest addition to the LouMiou family… and already our favorite. We hope that Lou Miou Nistoun—“My little treasure” in Provençal—will be a favorite of yours, too.

Just 50 meters from the sea, this new retreat was designed in the same spirit as the first LouMiou: a warm, well-appointed space crafted to make everyone feel instantly on vacation. This standalone ground-floor unit features a private terrace that’s the perfect invitation to relax. Enjoy summer meals around the barbecue, treat yourself to a break in the hanging chair or on the chaise longue, let yourself be enchanted by the exotic atmosphere created by the many plants, or cool off after a day at the beach with the outdoor shower. A bicycle is also available for you to explore the Saint-Elme neighborhood and its surroundings. Everything is within walking or biking distance: the sea is 50 meters away, and the beaches, water sports, the port of Saint-Elme, and local shops are just a short walk away. The kindergarten is 10 meters away. ?? An ideal spot to slow down, enjoy the Mediterranean, and experience a simple, authentic vacation. For comfort and safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of the accommodation is 4 people in total, including infants and children. We cannot accommodate additional guests, regardless of their age. Lou Miou Nistoun features air-conditioned interiors and consists of: * a bedroom designed so that the bed (160x200 cm) is visually separated from the two bunk beds (90x190 cm). This ensures everyone has their privacy. * A kitchen area equipped with a sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, oven, induction cooktop, and a countertop dining area, as well as all necessary kitchenware and cookware. * A living area with a TV, board games, and more. * A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and storage cabinet. * A separate toilet. * A laundry room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.
