Located in the Provençal village of Mollégès, L'Oustalet du Comtat is a holiday cottage for 6 people with a courtyard, small garden, and private parking for 2 vehicles, in a century-old farmhouse. This charming house is the ideal place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. You will also enjoy cooling off in the owners' above-ground swimming pool (7.8 x 3.8 m, 1.2 m deep, open from May 1st to September 30th). On the ground floor: - The living room with exposed beams and beautiful cement tiles, leather sofa, smart flat-screen TV (Orange TV channels), wood-burning stove (wood provided), and dining area for up to 8 people. - The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas range with a gas oven, a portable induction hob, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a dining area for 4 people. - The bathroom includes an 80x80cm shower, washing machine, sink, heated towel rail, and a small storage/laundry area. - Opposite the stairs leading upstairs is a separate toilet. This charming cottage has three bedrooms upstairs (air conditioning in the hallway), comfortably accommodating up to six people. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated. The first bedroom has two 90x190cm beds, the second bedroom has a 140x190cm double bed, and the third bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed. Enjoy the private courtyard with its summer kitchen and flower garden, where you can relax in complete privacy. Adjoining the owners' house, the cottage offers complete independence while still providing easy access to advice and a warm welcome from Cécile and Bernard. Pets are welcome with a mandatory cleaning fee of €100. Bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Portable air conditioning and fans are available, as well as a ceiling fan in the kitchen. Enjoy a worry-free stay with your baby thanks to the equipment provided: high chair, changing table, baby bath, travel cot, and potty.
