Le Mas de Durand is a 19th century farmhouse offering 2 pleasantly decorated adjoining gîtes with private terrace for 3 people and private closed parking. The town center of St Rémy de Provence is accessible on foot 2km away.
Just 2km from the center of Saint Rémy de Provence, the Mas de Durand, dating from the 19th century but fully renovated, offers two adjoining cottages.
The Mélanie cottage is attached to the Sophie cottage on one side and another house on the other, but has its own separate entrance and private terrace.
The tastefully decorated Mélanie cottage comprises, on the ground floor:
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen built into a charming stone fireplace (full of character) with a 4-burner ceramic hob, small refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Dining area for 3 people, 2 sofas. A beautiful stone staircase leads to the bedroom.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and heated towel rail.
- A separate toilet.
Upstairs, the bedroom has one double bed (160x200cm) and one single bed (90x200cm), a flat-screen TV, and reversible air conditioning.
There is a private 30m² terrace with garden furniture and a shared garden of approximately 100m² with sun loungers for the two cottages.
All-inclusive: electric heating, reversible air conditioning, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels. A supplement of €30 is payable upon arrival for pets.
Private, enclosed parking is available next to the cottage, with an electric vehicle charging station (included). The cottages are non-smoking (inside and out).
Mas de Durand is located on the edge of the N99 national road, which connects Saint Rémy de Provence to Cavaillon on one side and to Tarascon and then Arles on the other (the road noise can be heard from outside, but the interior is well soundproofed).
