Perfect for successful stays with family or friends! On the ground floor, the cottage is composed of: - Beautiful bright living room of 50 m² with character (exposed beams): living room with comfortable leather corner sofa, large flat screen TV, old decorative sewing machine and fireplace. Large dining area and office. - Double kitchen open to the dining area via a hatch, equipped with a wood stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, old stone basin ("pile"), TV and dining area. On the other side, scullery with 4-burner induction hob, hood, oven, American fridge/freezer and Senseo pod coffee maker. - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed 160x200cm. - Shower room with double washbasin, 85x110cm multi-jet shower cabin, combined washing machine / dryer, safe and heated towel rail. - Independent WC. Upstairs : - Mezzanine with office and exercise bike. - 4th bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm. - Bathroom with corner bath, basin, cupboard and heated towel rail. - Independent WC. 3000 m² garden with trees, terraces, pool house with large dining area, shower, WC, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, griddle and bar.
