Just a short drive from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the heart of the Provençal countryside, this fully renovated farmhouse (2023) welcomes you to a peaceful and authentic setting. Combining old-world charm with modern comforts, it's the perfect place for a holiday with family or friends. Ideally located, the cottage allows you to discover the region's treasures: typical villages, Provençal markets, historical sites, and the remarkable landscapes of the Alpilles mountains, not to mention the proximity of Avignon and Arles. Outside, you'll enjoy a south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the Alpilles mountain range, perfect for soaking up the Provençal sun from morning till night. You can take advantage of the swimming pool (saltwater, protected by a fence), the pétanque court, or the many games available, such as a giant Connect Four set. Fully air-conditioned, the farmhouse comprises, on the ground floor: - A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (central island, 4-burner hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto a lounge area with 2 sofas, a smart TV, a table, and 10 chairs. - A utility room with a washing machine. - A WC. Upstairs, there is: - A suite with a king-size bed (180x200cm), a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and WC. Secure parking is available on a fenced property. Baby equipment is available upon request. Wi-Fi is provided. (Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.)
