View of the tree-lined garden and the private 9x4m swimming pool (secured by shutter). A large day room is divided into three spaces: - the dining room with a beautiful wooden table and 8 chairs, chest of drawers and storage cupboard - the fitted kitchen with oven, 4 induction rings, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer - the living room with large connected flat screen TV, leather sofa, armchairs and coffee table The corridor leads to the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms (bed 160x200cm) each with its private bathroom (walk-in shower, basin, WC) and its dressing room. A double bedroom with 2 beds 90x200cm, private bathroom (walk-in shower, basin, WC), is accessible by 2 steps. In the garden: ping-pong table, swing, private swimming pool and fruit trees. Wireless. Reversible ducted air conditioning throughout the house with individual thermostat in each room. Electricity included up to 8 kW per day. End of stay cleaning, sheets and towels optional.
