Completely renovated and air-conditioned, the Ô Cairn gîte welcomes you to the heart of Provence in the village of Eyragues, perched atop a hill that provides welcome shade in the summer. You can enjoy walks directly from the gîte or explore the Alpilles Regional Natural Park. It features a 1000m² landscaped garden with two terraces, one facing south and one facing west, and a 10x4.5m swimming pool with a telescopic cover to retain heat (open from April to the end of September, weather permitting – the cover must be closed in windy conditions, but swimming is still permitted – in case of extreme heat, an alarm is activated, as the telescopic cover must remain open). The cottage comprises, on the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, extractor hood, and fridge-freezer, opening onto the living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, piano, and more armchairs. - a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. - a master suite with a 160x200cm bed, desk, and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit. - a WC. Upstairs there is: - a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (which can be separated into two 80x200cm beds). - a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (which can be separated into two 80x200cm beds), desk, and wardrobe. - a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. - a WC. - a bathroom with bathtub, double vanity unit, heated towel rail, and storage. You can park in the fully fenced garden. Quality bedding, griddle, baby equipment available upon request. Electric vehicle charging point. Bicycle storage available (upon request to the owner). The price includes: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, towels, and pool towels. The price does not include: tourist tax. Electric vehicle charging point available for an additional €50. During April, May, June, September, and October, the owner may occasionally be on the property. Apart from the shared gate, there will be no view or noise in your living areas. Your privacy will be fully respected.
