Our 4-person studio with balcony was completely renovated in spring 2020.Wifi available.Rated 2 stars. It is located on the 1st floor of a mountain residence in the hamlet of Roubion. It is south-facing, with unobstructed views of the mountains, and has a ski locker and parking lot. A shared bike room is also available. The studio comprises a mountain corner with 1 bunk bed (80x190) separated by a door from the living room-kitchen, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer and a separate toilet. The kitchen area is fully equipped (oven, induction hob, hood, 6-top dishwasher, 200l fridge, Senseo coffee maker ....). Baby equipment available on request: cot, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer. In the living room/kitchen you'll also find a sofa bed for 2 people (2x90x190), a table with 2 chairs, 1 bench, TV, DVD. Books and games are at your disposal, as well as a toboggan and 2 pairs of snowshoes! Shops and amenities Grocery store, pizzeria and bar 50m away. In Névache and Plampinet, you'll find other shops: - Restaurants - Bars, tea rooms - Bakeries - Honey mill - Sales of goat's cheese and artisanal charcuterie In summer, there's a weekly market. In summer - Numerous hiking trails: - Mountain lakes - 3000m summits (Mont Thabor, Pointe des Cerces ...) - Climbing sites - Road biking, mythical passes (Izoard, Lautaret, Galibier) - MOUNTAIN BIKING - Canoeing, kayaking, canyoning - River and lake fishing - Tennis lessons Névache is very close to the Italian border (15 min by car). Turin is 1 hour away, where you can visit the Egyptian Museum, the Cinema Museum and the local market. Visit the historic town of Briançon, a UNESCO world heritage site, and its many Vauban forts. - House of Geology and Geo Park. - Botanical garden at Le Lautaret. - Authentic mountain villages, cheese dairies, spinning mills... In winter: You'll be at the start of the cross-country skiing area (45 km of trails) and hiking and snowshoeing trails. The ESF is right next door. A number of downhill ski slopes are ideal for children and beginners. Ski touring, dog sledding. 30-minute drive to Montgenèvre or Serre Chevalier.
